Delivery & Returns

Standard Items

We offer free standard next working day delivery on all orders over £50 (ex. VAT) that are received before 4pm and are in stock. Orders under £50 (ex. VAT) will be charged a small delivery fee of £4.95.

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Our couriers deliver all orders between 8am and 6pm.

Furniture Items

Orders for furniture can take a little longer to arrive which is usually between 3 and 10 working days. After placing your furniture order, we will email you with an expected delivery date.

Some assembly may be required for some furniture items.

Returns & Replacements

From time to time, things can go wrong. Any incorrect or missing items will be replaced but you must report this to us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.

We will strive to replace any faulty or missing items. Any incorrect items that have been delivered must be returned unopened and in a resalable condition.
